Does your family support your career as a writer?
They do. My eldest son was the one who started me on the indie publishing path, and I get lots of support from my close family.
If you had to do something differently as a child or teenager to become a better writer as an adult, what would you do?
Finish high school. Family circumstances forced me to leave school at 14.
How long on average does it take you to write a book?
I'm getting faster as I write more. Less than three months for a full novel if I know what I'm writing. Trouble is I usually start with a snippet of an idea and follow where it leads.
Tell us about your book...
Deadly Falls is book 2 in my new small town, whodunit series. Charlotte Dean finds herself in the middle of a murder investigation. She'd rather not, but the local police officer doesn't treat it seriously, and someone is sending Charlotte annonymous tips. Her sort-of-friend Trev, the police officer she knows from the River's End Mystery Romance series, makes a welcome appearance to visit his mother, Rosie, who Charlotte works for. He is alarmed at the secrets Charlotte's been keeping. This puts them at odds and when suspicion falls on Rosie, it forces Charlotte to make a decision which might change her life.

Really like how Phillipa is using the same girl model on her book covers, that just gives it that something special and unique, in my honest opinion. Anyways, stay safe, ya'll!
