Lots! I would say spy thrillers are usually interesting, or something with a bit of mystery. Nothing too dark. I’ve never watched Breaking Bad, Dexter, or The Sopranos, even though I’m sure they’re very good.

My husband and I love Slow Horses and Severance. I just finished a series called School Spirits which is a teen drama set in a high school. The heroine, Maddy, realizes she’s a ghost and begins trying to solve her own murder with the help of the other teen ghosts stuck at school and her one real life friend who can see her.

Sometimes I include a hint of mystery in some of my books, but this isn’t one of them, lol. This is a fun romp with a chalet girl who has a passionate encounter with the son of a guest, then gets fired for it. Stella is still furious about it when Atlas returns five years later—and gets her fired again.
He didn’t mean to cost her job either time, but he does need her to help him oust his troublesome father from his family company. Their convenient marriage works in that respect, but they have lots of emotional hurdles to get over on their way to HEA. I hope you’ll enjoy their journey!

ReplyDeleteSounds like such a fun, drama-filled read!
ReplyDeleteI love a good second-chance romance with a bit of scandal.
This romance novel sounds like a fun read. Maid to Marry seems like a lovely story about a couple that needs to overcome difficulties until happily ever after! The interview with the author is a lovely touch as well. It's good you tell us about authors as well.
